How To Naturally Increase Testosterone Levels

I faced my fears of flying today and stopped being such a wuss so I could fly out to Orlando, Florida. I will be hanging out with and learning from some of the top fitness guys such as Bedros Keuilian, Vince Delmonte, Chris McCombs and Craig Ballantyne.. before we get start talking about testosterone levels and their effect on muscle building, weight training and fitness as a whole. I just wanted to share with you my first flight experience.
It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
The flight was fine, the only problem is I lost my Flip Mino Camcorder which sucks because I really wanted to create a few new videos for you while I’m out in Orlando.

How To Tell Your Body It’s Time To Start Making More Testosterone.
Testosterone is your secret weapon for muscle building. The most testosterone your body produces, the easier it is for your body to build muscle. Let’s get one thing straight, what we’re doing is increasing our body’s natural hormone production. We are NOT talking about illegal anabolic drugs.
Naturally increasing testosterone in the gym
There are a number of weighs that you can increase your bodies ability to produce the testosterone. By simply following some sort of weight training routine you already have increased your body’s hormone levels. It may not be an extremely significant increase, but here’s how you can increase those numbers even more.
Compound exercises.
Compound exercises should be the base of your workout. I know I’ve said it plenty of times before, but it’s true. If you want more testosterone flowing through your body so you can build more muscle and lose more fat, then you need to perform compound exercises. I recommend dead lifts, squats, bench presses and clean and presses.
Heavy Ass Weights.
You also want to be lifting heavy. This doesn’t mean you should lift so heavy that you put yourself in danger. However, you should be lifting heavy enough that you achieve no more than 10 reps. I prefer to work within the 6-8 rep range. I feel as though 12 is too many reps and 4 and less reps aren’t enough
Legs Of Steel
You absolutely NEED to train your legs. Notice how I didn’t say SHOULD. You also NEED to train your legs harder and more focused than the rest of your muscle groups. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen a guy working out his arms 10 times harder than he trained his legs. It doesn’t make sense. Your legs are huge muscles, theys are going to release more growth hormone than any of your other body parts. Take advantage of your legs and squeeze every last drop out of them.
Naturally increase testosterone levels outside of the gym.
Train Hard, Rest Harder.
Like I said before, guys tend to overdo things. When we’re in the gym and we’ve got that pump we are trying to bend the damn bar and nothing is going to stop us. One mistake guys tend to make is over training. When you over train you may think this does wonders for your hormone production, but, in actuality you’re severely hurting your testosterone production. Studies show that extreme overtraining can result in a 40% drop in testosterone production! Don’t stay in the gym for hours upon hours at a time and definitely don’t force yourself to train 7 days a week. It just isn’t necessary.
Sweet Dreams
Sleep is crucial for testosterone production. Our bodies are on a schedule, during certain times our bodies do certain things. Every man’s testosterone levels are significantly higher in the morning. When you start screwing around with your sleep patterns you can ruin your normal sleep cycle and really put a damper on your body’s ability to produce testosterone at the right times. Sleeping 6-8 hours a night will ensure that your body is producing healthy amounts of testosterone.
Raise Testosterone Levels In The Kitchen.
Fats That Build Muscle
Believe it or not, fat intake is a major component to healthy testosterone production. The key here is to intake healthy fats, Little Debbie snack cakes are going to get you nowhere.
Virgin Drinks
Alcohol consumption can kill your testosterone production. You should consume no more than 3 alcoholic drinks/daily and 0 is even better.
Playing Hooky On Your Diet.
If you’re skipping meals, you’re doing yourself a disfavor. Your body needs a constant source of food supply to produce hormones like testosterone.
