Good article. Don\&#039;t go to the gym if your body is trying to tell you something (i.e. your throwing up). Keep it to yourself, rest and recover.

The gym I go to (down-under) has one of those hand wash gel dispensers at the front desk which is worth keeping the hands \&#039;germ-free\&#039;. If your gym doesn\&#039;t have one, ask the manager to get a few in. Well worth it.
