I was nearly 200lbs and a good percentage of my weight was from fat. Even my best friends made fun of me… Not in the mean kind of way, but nonetheless, even jokes hurt.

After a long  time time spent being depressed about my weight, I came to the conclusion that in this life there are going to be disappointments things that you don’t like. You’ve got two options, either accept it and learn to live with it…or do something about it.

Accepting I was fat was not an option. When you’re a teenage guy you want to date pretty girls. There was no way any of the girls I dreamed of dating would take a second look at me let alone go on a date with me… That’s when I started hitting the gym.

I went from nearly 200lbs of fat down to 160lbs. Once I saw those results, I was hooked. Girls were paying more attention to me, my friends were surprised that I got off my ass and did something about my weight rather than sit back and complain about it, but the best part was still to come.

I wasn’t happy with the fat loss alone. I wanted to have muscles like those guys I had seen in the magazines. Over the next few years I packed on an impressive amount of muscle as well. In fact, I’m nearly the same weight I was when I started… minus the fat. I cut down from a fat 195 and now I am a muscular 185. Now that’s something to be proud of.

Getting in shape wasn’t the easiest thing I had ever done, but one thing I can honestly say is that there was one critical piece to the puzzle that will literally make or break you.

That secret key to success is education. You can spend all the time in the world pounding away at the weights and running for hours on a treadmill, but if you don’t take the time to educate yourself to do things properly your progress will be minimal at best.

That’s why I created Fitness-Path.com. I want to give you a shortcut to fitness success. When I say shortcut I don’t mean I’m going to be able to get you six pack abs over night or a celebrity body in as little as a few weeks. However,  I promise to save you a lot of time and several headaches by sharing with you my very best muscle building, fat fighting, better body secrets.

All you’ve got to do is show up and be ready to learn… Just like school, minus the boring lectures and falling asleep on your desk.
